Filter bags are the core element of VBTF bag filters and directly affect the filtration performance and final product quality. Filtration Type of Filter Bags: Deep Filtration and Mesh Surface Filtration
Deep filtration: filter bags used for deep filtration are mainly PP and PE needled felt filter bags and oil adsorption materials. The whole filtration layer is composed on a three-dimensional oil fiber loose hole in the depth direction, and the density increases from inside to outside to achieve gradient filtration. The liquid flow and impurity holding capacity can be provided. The surface of the needled felt is calendered, roughened, etc., to prevent fiber falling and secondary pollution. No silicone oil is contained, and no chemical is released. The filter bags are applicable to filtration of fluid with high, medium and low viscosity, and have strong filtration effects on all kinds of impurities.
Surface filtration: filter bags used for surface filtration are NO nylon filter bags. The filtration layer is composed of smooth meshes woven with high-quality nylon monofilaments. Generally, square holes are applied on the surface. Warp and weft intersections are finalized at high temperature and do not change along with pressure changes. All particles larger than the hole diameter are intercepted. These filter bags are applicable to interception of large hard particles and can be used several times after cleaning.
Filter Bag Performance
■ PP filter bags: used for liquid filtration in the chemical industry. They have excellent acid and alkali resistance. The filtration accuracy is 0.5-300um, and the working temperature is lower than 90℃.
■ PE needled felt filter bags: they have good chemical resistance. The filtration accuracy is 0.5-300um, and the working temperature is lower than 150℃.
■ NO nylon filter bags: they have good chemical resistance (except acid resistance). The filtration accuracy is 25-1,200um, and the working temperature is lower than 160℃.
■ SP non-woven oil adsorption filter bags: they are made of non-woven fabric and oil adsorption material and have the functions of deep filtration and adsorption. The accuracy is 1-300um.
